Illustration Friday: Hide

Once upon a time, there was a little zebra who lived in a world of black and white. The little zebra however was not like all the other zebras. This certain zebra loved attention. In fact, she loved attention so much that she decided to dye her fur. All the other zebras became jealous because of the new look the little zebra had. But then one day, while journeying through the grassy plains, the little zebra became lost. She saw other animals running away and she asked why. The other little animals said that a lion was nearby. The little zebra, now frightened, tried to hide. She hid behind a tree, but she was still noticable. Then she hid behind a bush, but her bright stripes could be seen a mile away. Then she stood out in the open realizing her mistake. She shouldve worn a hat instead of dyeing her fur.
